I Installed sublime text 3 in my windows 7 64bit laptop. but it didn't work well. why?

i wish if i can code every languages in it( i heard the sublime text 3 supports all the languages)

Sublime text 3 is a text editor, not a full IDE. It helps you in many ways, but to do c/c++ and so on you will need a compiler.
