Any recommendation programming language for startup?

That depends, if you want to become a front-end webdeveloper i would suggest to start with html and css than javascript. If you want to be and back-end webdeveloper you can choose between php, c#, java, python. PHP is hated a lot but still used a lot.
I started programming in python(not on the web) and i liked it a lot.
Python is a good language to start with since the syntax is simple and clear.
You can simply start writing a line of code and excecute it.
So i would recommend starting with python
