How much programmer in soloLearn ,can you learn from soloLearn just?

I see the much of the programmer here.
I love soloLearn because soloLearn the reason at see all this,and I'm from in yemen,i don't have computer ,and i can't learn the HTML CSS in school or Institute , but i learn here, and from w3school because there aren't any learn on yemen.
