How to use NotificationChannel class in AIDE app?

Question

I have recently updated my phone from Nougat to Oreo with new API.
As an Android developer,I know that notifications play an important role in attracting user's attention but I am unable to use new NotificationChannel class as I am using AIDE app on my mobile phone for app's development.
Now,I want my app to target API 26 as about 20 percent users have upgraded to Oreo.

Hey! I'd recommend still using older versions since the remaining 80 percent are not using Android Oreo.
