Anyone knows about this time format please help??

Working on a database and came across a time format that is unknown to me... Can anyone help me converting this time format to IST??? TIME : T17:19:00Z

T : separator between date and time 17: hour 19: minute 00: second Z : zero offset from UTC since its 0 offset from UTC, you can add an offset between UTC and IST to the time

This looks like Zulu time (zero hour offset or "Greenwich time") notation of the ISO 8601-compliant format. Read about it here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601

quick google search IST is +5.5 then add 5hours and 30minutes to the time
