How to extract the html code from .zip file.

Recently, I have download a .zip file from Internet. This file contains the whole code of a particular designed webpage. Through using WinZip, i am unable the extract the whole code. So, please advice how I can extract or encode this .zip file into a HTML code, which then can be easily used on a website.

I have "winrar" which works fine. Maybe try online unzipper and then download project package? Like this one: http://online.b1.org/online
