Why Web dominates?

Why is it that it is only in web that we can change the input msg, we can display people, buildings, real life instances while in other languages like Java we cannot?!! Because of this Java learners cannot take part in most of the contests and HTML, JavaScript and C++ dominate The programming world allows better representation for web languages than the others which is completely not fair!!

Pro Coder then we just need to convince Sololearn which doesn't seem to be a realistic goal for me. It would be probably to much effort for them. Also everyone would need to have all compilers to run all codes in the playground and not everyone wants to install a that large app. And still not all limitations would be solved as there are a lot of libraries and frameworks, that don't work on mobile devices anyway. I'd definitely appreciate it, but I'm afraid we will never see this feature because it's to complex to implement.

Web codes can be easily executed on your device through Androids system web view, which feels (and is) like in a real browser. Other languages will be executed on a sololearn server and the text output will be sent back to your device. This is because compilers and libraries in the app for every language would be very complicated and would make the app size insanely large. Also, it would increase compile time etc. so I think it's ok that most languages just have text output.

Aaron Eberhardt I wouldn't mind if the app size is insanely large.....
