C it's considered low level language. So what's the language closer to machine funcioning?

Assembly is the closest other than machine code itself. Assembly is a more human readable form of machine code (every instruction has a machine code equivalent) that gets compiled through an assembler.

That's true. Python it's a high level language, yet it has a bunch of modules and its not so easy as it seems.
