py2exe is a Python Distutils extension which converts Python scripts into executable Windows programs, able to run without requiring a Python installation.
you can always google these kind of stuff...

py2exe is used mostly with python2 from what I know.
For python3 use cx_freeze module to create executables.
"pip install cx_freeze" in cmd and you are good to go :)
