If you would like to join a group of programmers, there is a sololearn fan chat where you can ask questions and just discuss things with other programmers. I would also recommend posting questions like these in your feed post, as the Q&A section is generally used for asking questions about programming which help to make you a better programmer (i.e. questions regarding a specific thing you need to clarify or questions asking for help with a code).
