Is it possible to start learning to code here? Also what other resources do you recommend?

I've been wanting to get into coding for the last 2 years but because I didn't have the time I was unable to, now I have that time, and I'm considering starting to code, but I don't know any resources that I can use. Can I start here and after finishing these courses start involving in small project and expanding my knowledge on the topic or should I use this accompanied of other resources?

Stackoverflow is a really good Q&A website. Somewhat more professional than sololearn.
