What is meant by time limit exceeded in sololearn?

The same program compiled in my eclipse why not in solo learn.Had tried to execute the program numerous time in sololearn but sololearn keeps saying time limit exceeded why is tat so?

SL compiler compiles 5-15 codes per second )), we have 20m+ community, we should wait for a compiler update.

On your development machine you have NOT limits (except if you dont set they) but, because SL would take in consideration performances, security and some other factor, it setted some limits on running time on their server (if i remember good this time limit is 5 seconds) more other limits (like file/network access)
