The purpose of this code is to:
Evaluate the number of Vowels/Consonants in 10 Max letter word.
Use only if-else-statement.
While-for loop and any kind of looping are not allowed.
Imagination is your limit.

Please leave a comment or suggestion to minimize the work in coding.
P.S. This is an exam in our school

I woud define a function for get consonants "getConsonantsCount" and call it in recursive way then, i would get vowels simple by subtract strlen(input)- getConsonantsCount(input, 0)
