how to limit the wheel spinner only spin once

I'm using your wheel spinner html coding. And its really helpful. But i'm looking for another help from you. How to make the wheel spinner only spin for one time. Can you please let me know the html code?

My concept is:
i have database that consist of my member data. So i want give them a chance to spin a wheel for getting a prize. But what i need is letting them spin only once. The wheel spinner that i'm using is your wheel spinner html (https://code.sololearn.com/WD8GprR5hozY/#html).
