This ist an Android App which won't work on a PC. But you can Login on www.sololearn.com to edit your Codes or visit the Q&A Section. But notice that you need to start the App once a Day to hold your streak.

You can use BlueStacks to use SoloLearn Android app on your PC!!

Anyways BlueStacks is way more laggy.

I have used both, haven't tried Sololearn though.
There are other options also.
Search for android emulator.

Sebastian Keßler I think we don't have to open app for streaks?! Sololearn web for PC supports(?!) streaks. One thing if we open website from mobile and login- it won't do.
