SoloLearn is great platform to start and make your programming basics strong. But if you want to go beyond basics and really good at programming, you need to participate and practice in websites like HackerRank, HackerEarth and CodeChef.

Start with a book or YouTube lectures
Master the basics
After that practice online on sites like codechef, codeforces, hackerrank
Practicing basic codes and few other will give you a good grip over the language
If you are stuck use stack overflow or just look at already submitted codes on these practice sites
