What the Best, C# C++ or Web programming (php, javascript and other)?

I have a write computer game, but i like and creating Android game, and Web desing (i'm know html, Css, javascript)

What like you, and what you preference?

(sorry, for errors in the letter, i'm russian student)

Big and heavy games are best done on C++ or C#, with the help of some game engine.
