What is best email header to send emails inbox in yahoo and aol.

Need a working solution to send email inbox . Because of sever update I was unable to do that need help .it would be appreciated. ISP Yahoo and aol . Plz working theory needed. Header must have ,Form , to ,subject in it .

Please, can you specify your issue? You wanna send email from your website to some inbox which is located on yahoo or aol ISP? What kind of language you use? PHP? Python? Etc.
