Problems saving code in SL
Hi, since a few days SL fails at saving my code. After clicking "save" most of the time the waiting animation never stops an the code does not get saved. I have these problems on several devices (in the web interface an via app) and different networks. Does someone else have this issue? Best regards deha

Lambda_Driver I have experienced this problem with a 36Mbps internet connection. What Sololearn means when they say "Internet Connection Error" is that it has raised an error, not necessarily an internet related error. This is one area Sololearn should fix

Hi daha,
I have experienced this problem. My procedure will be:
1) Repeatedly try saving
2) If (1) fails, copy code to clipboard and delete the code, create new code, paste and save.
3) Check if your internet connection is steady

I have faced it many times!!
When I face this issue, I try to save the code again and again!! I Turn off my internet connection and then I again try to save the code by turning on the connection!
I get solutions in this way!😊

I believe your issue is caused by network latency since it is happening to both the web and app interfaces.
Have you tried saving your code at different times of the day? If you are using wifi, does it happen when you use your data plan to connect to SL?

I handle it like ⏩ Prometheus ⏪ at the moment, but it's not a problem of my internet connection. Even at my workplace in the university I encounter that problem and we have a pretty good network connection there :)

⏩ Prometheus ⏪ deha Maybe it's an issue with the server load of SL. Too many users accessing the servers at the same time.

1. I reinstall SL. That help.
2. Or we must write a code in Dcoder (on Android) on mobile phone. deha ⏩ Prometheus ⏪
