"Rearranging code blocks" - How do I do this?

I'm new here. Sorry if I'm asking a dumb question. The form says "Rearrarange the code blocks to form a valid c++ program". It has 5 lines in the wrong order. How do rearrange the order of the blocks? Cut, copy and paste; nope. The answer should be: #include <iostream> using namespace std; lnt main() { cout << "Hello world!"; return 0; } I have an "Acer - R 11 CB5-132T-C8ZW 2-in-1 11.6" Touch-Screen Chromebook - Intel Celeron - 4GB Memory - 16GB eMMC Flash Memory - White", which works pretty well under Chromium so far. Thanks for your help.

Tap on the blocks and try to move up and down to rearrange, it should work :) Just like drag and drop.
