What are the differences in compilers in different programs?

What are the differences in compilers in different programs? What are the differences in the compiler in Sololearn from the compiler in codeforce in codeblocks? If you enter the same program in these two compilers, will it work the same or differently? I entered the program attached to the question, and it worked differently in codeblocks and in Sololearn. Why is that?

Hardware (H/w) have native assembly language. Different operating system (Os) run on different hardware. The source code, when compiled on different H/w and Os should work properly.
