How can i start learning linux?

Where i need to start any book recommendations from you? I don't PC so how i can execute command line?

There are tons of books in the internet. Just try downloading one and start from there. If you are on windows, install virtualbox or vmware and install a linux distro there. This will give you an opportunity of testing linux out while studying. I haven't used windows for a long time but I read that windows 10 has WSL. I think it's pure CLI (command line interface) so it may seem daunting for a beginner. I suggest using a VM first.

Linux is an operating system. It's a broad field of study. In what context do you want to learn it. If it's for development purposes, start with shell script
