IDE for Python that is capable of building APK?

Question

Is there an IDE that has everything from designing(drag and drop of items; buttons, labels, textbox, etc.) to programming its function to building an APK? Basically, a Python version of Unity. If C# has Unity, where you can develop an app from design to code to building an APK, I need something like Unity but for Python.

Mahesh Bolla can’t really help you but i think visual studio is used for C++
and you can also use sublime text 3 it can be used for many languages

I didn’t try it yet for Python but maybe sublime text 3 is good.
I used it for html and it was nice plus it can be used for multiple languages.
