I was wondering why the button behaves differently, the progress bar effect when the button is pressed.

Because what appendChild does is it adds a new element Child to the element with the id Arena, it adds a chicken element to the Arena

That might just be a glitch on your platform, because everything behaves the same for me except that the chickens don't appear
