How do I get the console for PC Orí is it not necessary?

Idle = short for "integrated development and learning environment". It is python's own shell (like a terminal program) that lets you write python code, it comes prepackaged when you install python.
But its not very user friendly, there are many better options to choose from, for development.

If you are on Linux there is a high chance it is already preinstalled. Otherwise you can download python from python.org
This will get you the IDLE but if you want to develop programs, it is also a good idea to use N integrated dev environment (ide) such as anaconda or pycharm.
