How do i change icon size in lists?

I changed the default list icons with images. But i don't know how to maintain the size of the bullets. It executes the icons really big.

Change their dimensions in Photoshop or Paint. Another way for this type of icon location I can't see. I made so everytime with logos on my site, and works well.
