Can i learn django without any web development knowledge

Hi I'll like to know if i can learn django framework without any prior knowledge of any web development languages like html, JavaScript, css. Before learning it.

With Django you can build complete web application.
You still need basic knowlege of html/css for the templates.
You may not use javascript what makes your page static(kind of old)
Anyway it is not big deal you can collect information on the run while you are exploring django. html/css not so big at least basic knowlage.
