What is the require programming language to create a software

You can do it with most languages. Most common are java, js, c++.

It includes yes if you want to make something on web, using it with your browser. I didnt refer to html bcz it's s not programming language.

If it doesn't include html, then you have to create your gui. You can do it with java, c++, c# and its more difficult.

Every language except html. Java is easy to start. If you learn a language, it is easy to learn other languages as all languages are somewhat related.
