by all means use bootstrap as it will save you a lot of time and it is respinsive to different platforms. there are drawbacks however, as it will adds a memory load onto your site which reduces your seo ratings. furthermore, biotstrap sites tend to look the same.

my advice is to use it, but intend to learn css well, especially grids, flexbox and media queries. this way you can customise your site to your taste rather than rely on somone else’ code and experience the imposter syndrome.
