Problem with two listboxs and database

Question

I have made an Cookbook app with a database but have a problem: I got 6 buttons and two listboxes 3 for Recipes(add, update, delete) other one for ingredient (added, update, delete) I can not add a ingredient (listbox2) onto recipe (listbox1). Only things I can do is: adding recipe, this one is showing in the listbox and is added into the database. but I cant add ingredients(listbox2) onto the recipe (listbox1) I am stuck with this a whole week now and cant make it happen. :-(
