How can I made an image uploading form input section so that it takes the image from user's pc and mail it to me as image!

Question

When we type:
<input type="file" accept="image/* required/>
It only gets the file name and mails us the name of the image file

I an asking a way so that it uploads the image and mail the .jpg file

Plzzzzzzz replt fast if anyone knows

Make sure to ad "url" to it. It's not an actual url code you literally need to put in "url" for it to work.
