How to prepare for Coding Competition ?

Competition of C,C++,Java programming we can prefere any one of 3, which i should Prefere i know all very well

I suggest C++. It is very fast so it can pass time limits at competitions more easily. It has also a lot more libraries than C (like vector, algorithm etc.) which can make your coding easier, you don't have to do it all yourself
