Artificial intelligence in genomics field

I am curious to know the applications of artificial intelligence in genomics field. A sequence in a biological system is a specific order/pattern of DNA building blocks (A, T, C, G); the human genome is codes up of approximately 20000 genes and more than 3 billion base pairs of these genetic letters (A, T, C, G). Sequencing the genome is the first step to decipher it functions. Since last two decades, high-throughput sequencing (HTS) allows the sequencing of DNA to occur in one day or even less. Python has prove to be highly useful in sequencing process, and also in downstream analysis of sequenced materials. Estimating the intensity of gene expression, and detecting the mutation in the genome are few of the examples (these change are associated with understanding the major genetic disease and disease such as cancer). With the advent of AI, I am wondering how it can be applicable in the field of genomics? Is there any online course on AI with its application in such fields? Any information will be much appreciated. Thanks

there is famous and powerful tool in this field called Galaxy which is written by python. it deals with fasta, and other files generated by DNA sequencing machines and try to analyse it.
