https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Raspberry_Pi "The Raspberry Pi is a tiny and affordable computer that you can use to learn programming through fun, practical projects." ( https://www.raspberrypi.org ) So, it don't "runs on Python", but on the contrary, Python may run on it ^^

What about it are you trying to learn? raspberrypi.org is the main site for the device and there's plenty of information out there. Essentially it's a credit card-sized computer that isn't exactly a desktop replacement, but is a fun little $35 device that has Ethernet, WiFi, Bluetooth, multiple USB inputs, and takes very little power to run. The OS people typically run is a version of Linux with a GUI called Raspbian, but there are many options.
