Python and Data science

Question

I here Python is a easy lenguages and when I have read about data science don't see any other programmming lenguages being used, why is that? Are they not good enough for it?

To put it short, Python has the relevant libraries readily available for use in the field of Data Science, which makes it one of the top choices (if not the top choice) when it comes to rapid prototyping, production and development.
