Is it coder experience matter during working ???

I m umair bhatti. I m web sites developer. I ask question about experience. Cause i saw that mostly people ask about coder experience like 2,3,4.... Years etc. Tell me about your mind .......

Of course expirience is matter, but year dont metter, you need to make your portfolio, put all your project whan you search for job, as many you have you have bigger chance to got job, and this projects need to be good.
