Head first c# by Andrew Stellman, that has graphics, very interesting book than others, i can send u an electronic copy.
Also in Sololearn there is a nice course of course.

I would suggest to learn C# here and also check out pluralsight, which have very good C# video tutorials.

Also a good book to read is "C# 7 in a nutshell" by Joseph Albahari & Ben Albahari.
The book goes very in-depth C#, theres also alot of content.
