People who are only working with html/css shouldn't call themselfs programmer or coder?

Isn't it true guys? Because if work with them, you are not creating algorithm at all. It is same for many web developers. However for backend developers the situation is different. There is a strong algorithm creativity in that field. I am right guys? I just meet with Assembly and I can't image how humanity came this far in such for time period. I am thinking how hard was it back in days like 1970's :/

The facts are Html and css are not programming languages so if your just using these 2 then your not a programmer instead you would be a web developer, but then html and css still use a language which needs code so you would also be a coder, but then most people see a coder and a programmer as one of the same thing, i guess this would be a good example to see them apart 🤔
