Where can I practice SQL?
Do I make those tabels in Excel? I don't really know what/where to start.

I don't know about excel. But, you can try Ms. Access. It's easy to use and you can create SQL queries in it.

Quite a number of similar threads exist. If you want to practice offline, you need a DBMS which allows you to create tables and add records into them. An example, apart from the few which have been stated here, would be Oracle DB.

I practise everyday on clients databases ;) - it is good to find aplication which is frontend to database, then try to do the same what do application by sql queeries ;)
