navbar bootstrap collapse toggle didn't work

i am currently working on bootstrap ,from this code even the hamburger icon didn't appear

It's because you need to include the bootstrap.min.js & jquery.min.js, it happened to me, and after including those it worked.. I wish you sucess!

EDIT: Sometimes the navbars are a bit buggy on mobile, so there's that too..
