Since your radius is higher than the area incorporated by the svg element, the circle overflows the svg area and all you see is the square area of svg with an overflown circle. Try setting the radius to 100 and you'd see that with the center at (100,80) in the svg area 200×200, the circle overflows at the top. P.S. Zlytherin and Rowsej I really respect you guys but I don't think you gave a valid answer. A higher radius is supported, you just couldn't see the output because of the parent svg tag. P.P.S. Both Rowsej & Zlytherin have deleted their answers. (You guys didn't need to do that. You could have edited it.)
