app connection problem?

Question

I'm getting a failure at connection on every section I try to enter, and just getting "try again" button.

My cellphone is connected, and I still get the notifications of the app, and can navigate internet well.

I'm trougth the web page right now, any one having this problem?

I restarted the phone and reinstaled the app.

Users can't exactly know the reason of the problem, it would be better to contact [e-mail].
