Strange primitive type behavior in func

Question

Hi, everyone!

I have strange behavior of i-variable in function.
Its scope limited in cycle "for", and 'i' is primitive type, but Its behavior is change for all funcs for each iterarion of cycle "for". And result is 10 for all functions of list. Why? I tried to find explanation on official documentation on Microsoft, but not finded, nothing
