how to save a css file and where to save it so it works on my html website ? i wrote the html in sublime 3 and saved everything in my computers (f) drive. in a folder but the html file works perfectly but the attached css file is not working. please please please tell me what to do........

Easiest solution is to save the css file in the same directory as the html file.
