There is no such book. The closest I can think of is "Introduction to Algorithms", which takes you from 0 to upper intermediate, when it comes to algorithms. However, the book expects you to already know how to code, and it doesn't touch things like design patterns, nor does it touch technologies (Linux/Windows, graphics, networking, etc.).

Imagine how big that book would be, 10000 pages if only covering 1 language. But seriously just get a beginners book, work though that, then move to intermediate, then advanced. Write lots of you own code as you go. The good thing about doing data structures and algorithm is its still relevant if you change languages.

Hello, many books are available in the market like let us c etc. If you have basic knowledge of programming language then you can understand or learn from the book when you are fresher in programming language I would suggest you can join R programming course and gain basic knowledge of programming language after that you can easily understand the concept. http://pythonandmltrainingcourses.com/courses/best-r-programming-training-in-noida/
