Group for newbies

Question

Is there some sort of support group for noobs that i can join anywhere? I tend to get stuck, demotivated or overwhelmed a lot so it’d be nice if there’s any such group where i can clear my doubts (and the people are nice, lol) so i can keep going. I’m currently trying to learn python and get better at html and css.
