Why are many sololearners using the strangest unicode for their names?
To be fancy? To be not as easily tagged? To raise a consciousness that we can choose from more than ASCII? I'm seriously wondering...

Or may be to make it harder for web scrapers? Lol, recently I managed to use bs4 in here and just to give a working example of that, I thought to scrap the SoloLearn's leaderboard and extract top 10 global leaders but guess what? I couldn't make it 'cause some had non-ASCII characters in their name 😑.
I tried several way but, ugh, couldn't help it. I had to drop that idea of extracting top 10.
Lol that's how my experience is with non-Ascii characters in names.

I don't use fancy Unicode because I don't even know how to use the damn things 😂.

I personally always liked that Old English style font. However I wrote my name both ways because the fancy font doesn't show up for some people.
At first I had the fancy font come first but then it was brought to my attention that it does make me hard to tag and so I switched it, putting the normal font first.
So there 😜😁

Hehe, that's very nice...
I vaguely remember tagging you successfully and being happy about it.

I genuinely feel bad if anyone tags my name! I chose this because I was bored.

I like to be tagged so i leave 2 normal letters so people can mention me, fancy? Mm.... nope. Bored? YES!!😁😁
