Need Help Troubleshooting

I seem to have trouble getting any output from this code made for a challenge. It just returns no output and runs completely fie without errors. Maybe it is because of the fact that this code needs to process a lot of calculations and comparisons and my internet connection may not be very strong/fast but I am not confirm. Any feedback is welcome.
