Good Question. It's Near Impossible Without Help or Prior Experience.
But, you can use Application Frameworks for both Java and or Python to create a Mobile App.
And yes, Android Apps use Java / Unity / etcetera...
Python is rarely seen in this field, as people mainly use it on desktop computers. But that doesn't mean it can't be applied mobile-y.
Do an Internet Search for Python/Java App Frameworks
to get started.

actually its documented that u can use any object oriented programming language to code for android, but java is the official language.
u can surely use python, but ull face problems just because of rare support
