How create mobile&desktop view websites with responseive

Question

Iam disgn websites on my mobile device but
I create some desktop view websites
But some errors.
Some effects,responseive disign&animations
are not work my device.
Please help me.....

It's common to have issues in web design especially when PC has different view than mobile that's why there are many solutions for it. I recommend you to use Boostrap for making responsive web design or css grid, it'll help you a lot!
